What can you expect?

  • You proactively shape and provide strategic direction for people and organizational development in collaboration with leaders, business partners, and executives
  • You focus on ensuring the success of employees and the company by overseeing projects in people and organizational development, managing change processes, and enhancing processes and tools using AI and tech capabilities
  • You lead global and national projects with our brands and regions, develop tailored development programs, and identify modern tools and methods that support the internal portfolio in its transformation
  • You advise the organization on measures along the Talent Management Journey, such as succession planning, performance and development reviews, and designing needs-based learning using modern and agile methods
  • You develop tailored global concepts for leadership development in alignment with the business
  • You design and facilitate workshops to support change, team development, engagement, conflict resolution, and provide coaching support

What should you bring along?

  • You have a university degree in Business Administration (with a focus on HR), Psychology, or Business Education with a corresponding focus and a minimum of five years of professional experience in the field of people and organizational development with demonstrable projects
  • You have experience in leading national and global projects in German and English, including stakeholder management at C-level
  • You are familiar with modern and innovative people and organizational development processes and tools from conception to implementation (e.g., Change Management, Leadership Development, Team Building, Culture Development, etc.)
  • You possess strong organizational skills and a desire to further develop processes and structures as well as setting new impulses
  • You enjoy optimizing and evolving processes and measures continuously, contributing innovative ideas to the team
  • You are tech-savvy and willing to explore the possibilities of AI, enthusiastically experimenting with new tools
