We are looking for
Senior IT Service Expert (Tenant) (m/f/d) (unlimited, full-time)
flexible working conditions available. Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden-Baden, and Verl.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and driving service excellence across incident management, access control, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement.
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery by maintaining structured documentation and supporting strategic initiatives across the tenant environment.
- Optimizing IT service processes, maintain a structured CMDB, and analyze service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Acting as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding service performance, ensuring alignment between technology and business needs.
- Coordinating the Riverty tenant setup, working closely with internal teams and external providers like Microsoft to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Supervising applications and monitoring data flows to ensure uninterrupted critical business operations.

- Highly motivated to learn and grow within the field
- Responsible and patient, with the ability to undertake routine tasks accurately

- Ability to travel internationally
- Fluency in English and German would be a huge benefit
